A high-performance camp for advanced players who want to take the next step toward professional basketball.

Applicants will be asked to submit game footage for evaluation. GHC coaches will review each application and select the final group of 30 players.

Focused on performance, decision-making, competition, individual development, and preparing players for the demands of high-level basketball.

Kļūsti Labāks Basketball

Founded by former Latvian National Team players Haralds Kārlis and Lauris Blaus, Kļūsti Labāks has been developing young basketball players across Latvia for more than 8 years.

Haralds Kārlis

Former professional player and Latvian Men’s National Team member. Played NCAA Division I basketball at Seton Hall University and later gained experience in basketball operations and club management.

Lauris Blaus

Former professional player with 14 years of experience and a former Latvian National Team member. Played professionally across Europe and later worked in coaching and basketball management.

Heart and soul behind everything

Indra Bondare-Gailīte

Indra leads the overall project management of Global Hoops Camp, coordinating the many processes required for the camp to run successfully — from planning and communication to partner cooperation and day-to-day organizational matters.

She has 14 years of experience in education, holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, and has experience in developing and implementing a variety of projects. This background allows her to combine strong organizational and communication skills with a deep understanding of working with children and young people.
